These terms of use (“Terms”) govern your use of deeplevel.biz (the “Site”). The Site is operated by Deep Level Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (“Deep Level”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

The Site publishes interviews with founders and company leaders, along with related articles and commentary. The content is provided for general information and interest only.

Guest names, company names and trade marks referenced on the Site remain the property of their respective owners.

Where comments are enabled, you are responsible for any content you post. When you post a comment you agree that it will be:

  • accurate (where it states facts) and genuinely held (where it states opinions);
  • relevant, civil and free of abuse, harassment, hate speech or spam;
  • free of anything unlawful, defamatory, obscene or infringing on the rights of others; and
  • not promotional or commercial without our permission.

By posting a comment you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, reproduce and moderate that content on the Site. We may remove, edit or refuse to publish any comment at our discretion, and we are not responsible for the content of comments posted by users. Comments reflect the views of the person who posted them, not of Deep Level.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, you consent to receive emails from us about new interviews and related content. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Our newsletter is delivered using a third-party email service, and your email address is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The interviews, articles and other content on the Site are provided for general information only. They reflect the personal views and experiences of the people featured and of the authors, and they do not constitute business, financial, investment, legal, tax or other professional advice.
