Your satisfaction is my top priority, and I'll do everything I can to ensure you're happy with the service. However, if for any reason you're unsatisfied and want to discontinue, simply inform me within the agreed timeframe, and you won't be charged further.

If your package includes urgency posts, it means you have the ability to request a certain number of posts per month without incurring additional charges. These posts are designed for situations where you need to communicate important or unexpected news that wasn't planned for. For instance, if your package includes 4 urgency posts per month, you can request one quick post per week, and we will prioritize completing it within 48 hours. This feature is perfect for handling last-minute updates, emergency announcements, or other time-sensitive content.

Yes we can! Images may include graphics made with AI, Canva, or memes. The core service does not include video services. However, if you need video services, discuss it with me and we'll see what can be arranged.

Managing your account - for example, commenting on your behalf, engaging with users, or replying to DMs - is not part of the core services. However, if you need help to grow and manage your account more comprehensively, let's discuss your needs, and I'll provide you with a tailored quote for these additional services. This service is only available for company pages and accounts, not personal ones.

Yes, most packages include a specified number of revision rounds. A revision allows you to provide feedback on the content delivered, so we can make adjustments based on your preferences. It's important to distinguish between a revision and a complete rewrite. A revision involves tweaking the existing content, while a complete rewrite is required if you change your mind about the content or if there’s a significant change in the project scope after the content has been created. Complete rewrites due to changes in requirements will be charged separately.

Don't fret, though. You'll have full editing permissions, meaning you can review the content and make changes yourself. However, you can only request revisions a certain number of times, unless your plan includes unlimited revisions.
