Who we’re looking for
We’re not chasing headlines or valuations. We’re interested in operators with something specific and hard-won to say. A good fit usually:
- runs a genuinely profitable business (many of our guests are around the ~$2M-profit mark, but that’s a guide, not a rule);
- can talk openly about real decisions and real numbers, not just wins;
- has a lesson that would help another founder, in any industry.
What to expect
Interviews are written and long-form, done remotely, and built around a clear set of themes: origin, the hardest decisions, team and culture, capital and margin, and the advice you’d give a founder a few years behind you. We edit for signal, and you’ll see and approve your interview before it goes live. It’s free, and it takes about an hour of your time.

A polished, lasting profile in front of an audience of founders and operators, ready-to-share quote cards for your own channels, and links back to you and your company.
